The plot of the film follows Aditya Dewan (Sharman Joshi), a rich businessman who is happily married to Siya (Zareen Khan). Karan wants to avenge his friend's death by destroying Aditya and Siya's lives. The film ends with a violent confrontation between the three characters, resulting in their deaths.
